Our Philosophy
Winning -- we try our best but do not 
measure progress solely
on scores
Losing -- it's part of the game and we
learn from it
Development -- focus on long-term
development of every player, not just the
"best"
Enjoyment -- keep it fun so the
players come back
Effort -- expect full effort until the
last whistle blows
Mistakes -- expect them and learn from them
Playing Time -- three simple rules will get every player plenty of playing time:
1. Attend practice, work hard, and inform coach of planned absences |
2. Follow coaching instructions and corrections, especially in games |
3. Be respectful, keep a positive attitude and never give up |
Parent Conduct
1. Have your player where he needs to be, on-time and fully dressed. |
2. Cheer but don't sideline coach. It confuses players and makes coach's job harder. |
3. Remain on spectator's side, away from the player bench unless coach requests you. |
4. Support coach's decisions. It all looks obvious from the spectator side. |
5. Discuss coaching issues with the Director of Coaching, only about your child. |
